olympics 10000 '92. (or was it '88?) i forget. it involved skah and a kenyan i think.
Wasn't it Linford Christie??? Otherwise, any number of US relay teams in international competition.
Was Stella Walsh ever DQ'ed?
Linford Christie is a pretty good choice. Dorando Pietri of Italy was DQed in the London 08 (or 12) Olympic marathon for receiving assistance after falling a few times in the final 400 meters.
Jurgen Hingson (sp.) the big German decathlete and WR holder, was DQed in the Olympics for two false starts in the 100. Am I remembering that correctly?

No, she kept her own counsel till her death, and she's still in the T&F Hall of Fame. Did it without hormones, too.
Michael Johnson's 150M against Donovan Bailey.
Steve Holman at the 1997 Outdoor nationals.

That was a DNF, not a DQ.
Henry Marsh in the 1981 World Cup steeplechase. He "won" the race, but he didn't jump over the final water jump as he was interfered with in his approach.

Yep, in the aftermath of Ben Johnson's positive test. Many strange things started to happen. In the end, Dave Steen sneaks up and snags the bronze.
When I was in 8th grade. 880 yard race. Some guy beat me pretty solidly, but allegedly had cut me off early in the race. They DQ'd him despite my objections. I felt weak because one of the coaches doing the DQing was the dad of my best friend.
Dorando Pietri.
Look it up.
Brianna Shook in the Olympic Trials Women's Steeple. She missed the first water jump but won by 30+ seconds.
Justin Gatlin
100m heats at 2005 USATF champs.

In decathlon you are allowed 2 false starts, Hingsen actually had 3! How unlucky can you be ...not.
