If I were to stay healthy and run many, many miles and stay consistant with the running.. would it be possible to drop from a 19:00 5k-->33:00 10k in one year? I was thinking about this looking at the local Turkey Trot winners and was wondering if anyone here thought it was possible..
Also, has anyone made improvements like this before? I dropped from a 28:00 5k from last year being out of shape, but I understand that\'s much different than what i\'m asking for.
