As I continue to run it seems harder to get out of bed every morning. I am not talking about lack of motivation or b/c I had too many the night before. But my legs can't hardly move. I hobble around like an old man. As the morning wears on I feel better, then I can go out and run well in the evening.
Its seems to be getting worse even when I cut back mileage, any one else have this happen? are there any suggestion? thanks.
