You've got six days to recover. The main thing is to callous yourself a little for the pain. Run an 800 time trial tomorrow, first 400 solid, second 400 hard. Good cool down and ice bath after. Some 200's easy-med. (say 32 down to 28) on Fri., 4x200 under 30 on Sun.,, then easy and you should be good to go.
You need the mental edge of knowing you can handle the pace. Sit on him the first 500.
i dont think you shoudl run the 800 time trial. its gonna hurt like hell and you aren't gonna wanna feel like that again.
i wouldn't run anything at race pace over 300m, 400m max.
you're gonna need the adrenaline to carry you through the 800. you're not gonna have that adrenaline doing these workouts so you might get demoralized when a 400 in 59 feels like a bitch.
you aren't gonna get in better shape by then. just run a couple (seriously, like 2) 200's a couple times before the big day.
i did something similar to this before, but with a shorter layoff. i think the key is to be confident and to do a couple 200's slightly faster than race pace.
you want to avoid the pain until its go time. that may sound wussy, but believe me its not worth the damage to the psyche.
