I ran 10* 500 with a 55 sec jog across the infield back to start line in 1:26,26,25,25,24,24,25,24,23,1:20. What do you think I should race on a flat, fast XC course( not short). Also what about a 3200 on the track. I will be racing both in the next 2 1/2 weeks(high school). Thanks for you best estimates!
