What do people know about it? Is it really a stability shoe, or is it more neutral like Running Times says?

I think it kind of like the Brooks Adreneline
Like the shoe a lot. Like most mizuno, it takes a few runs to break them in. They are a hard ride. They are also very light weight for a somewhat stable shoe. They are lighter than the elite. Like these for long runs and can be used for tempos or everyday runs. Have nice cushioning.
First, it is a lightweight shoe. I'd put it in the same category as the DS Trainer, Brooks Axiom and Saucony Tangent (all of which are medially posted). It will feel as light or lighter and "faster" than all of those. It will probably feel firmer, though - you will feel the road. It does have a more supportive arch than the more neutral Wave Precision, so it is fair to call it a more stable lightweight performance shoe.
I have no opinion about the stability, but it is pretty nice for a lightweight trainer and fits like the other Mizuno models. However, there was not quite enough forefoot cushioning for my liking. The Precision 7 has a much more cushioned feel with nearly identical fit at the same weight.
