My current pb's for 10km are 30:33 on track which I ran in late August of this year and 30:50 dating back to 2004. I feel I should be running a hell of a lot quicker as my 5km pb is 14:14 from this past summer and I have ran around this time on a number of occasions in the past few seasons running 14:30, 14:30, 14:34, 14:35. 14:38.
What can I do in my training that will help me run sub 30mins for 10km. I have run 8:25 for 3km and 68 min for the half marathon.
Below is my weekly training: I run between approximately 80-90 each week.
Sun - Long Run 15-20 miles

Wed - Medium Long Run 10-12 miles
