this is where logic prooves its validity. i and many other 18:00 around feel it is much harded to run 18:00 for 5k, compared to running 15:00 for 5k.
the old saying "the faster you run it, the faster its all over with, and less duration you have to run"
this is true because you only have to run hard 3 miles for 15:00 instead of running hard for 18:00 (which is what i do, run in the 18:00 zone)
so, in conclusion, i and all others who run 18:00's zone for 5k should get more credit because we are indeed running hard for a longer period of time, compared to those 15:00 guys.
