Last Spring I took a class taught by my coach called Exercise Testing and Perscription. I had the oppurtuninty to get a true VO2 Max test done. It was awesome. I was hooked up to all these machines such as breathing mask, heart rate monitor, blood pressure, many electrodes and so on. Well I maxed out at 74.3 and they said that was very very good. Although it doesn't change much, I wasn't it top shape and can't wait to get another reading. Anyways, I was being compared to ordinary humans NOT endurance athletes like ourselves. Is this considered good to the running world? What are some of your VO2 Max results? Thanks.
