Mint used to live up the road from me. (Braintree VT) He is back home last I heard. He went to Northern Arizona after HS and got hurt. Ended up in CO skiing if I remember right. Nice kid and fast. Good family

Sanchez- ran for BAA about 2 or 3 years ago, haven't seen him since.

Powell- heard he was coaching somewhere, not sure where

Hocking- knee injury screwed him, he is working on his Ph.D now

Truax- graduated, got a job I think, still in NH

Keith Kelly- he's working on master's in business. Still down in RI. Ran 28:40 or so this spring for 10k

Adam Sutton- back in England

Conlangelo- seen him the results for some local races. not sure beyond that

Henk- dunno at all

These are both oldies but goodies on the message board: How about Abdirizak Mohamed or Tom McArdle?

Speaking of Tristan Colangelo what about Josh Palazola?!

Sanchez went out to the ORegon Project last i heard from an article Salazar was quoted in. That was spring of 05 i believe, never say anything about it since hten and he never raced under them.

Powell coached as an assistant at columbia i believe and ran a 409? and 903? mile and 2mile road races last summer?i think it was. He's now coaching at Oregon with Vin lannana with his wife as the distance coaches from my understanding.

Oh and Colangelo, i believe he retired from track. He ran a 237 marathon or soemthing last year if i remember correctly.

I think Keith Kelly recently moved to Boulder, maybe working for Reebok?

I had heard that Sutton moved to China, but not sure about that one.

I remember reading that Adam Sutton would be teaching English in China, but I don't know him at all or if what I was reading was reliable (who would make that up?).

seth williams went to stanford, ran a few years there. kept getting hurt. now works as an engineer in MA. His wife is pretty sweet. a professional photographer. guys the tits!

He was last seen at the Thunderbird Casino outside Norman OK playing low stakes poker with another guy reported to resemble Elvis.

As a fellow Gloucester-ite, I can say that I don't think that Tristan ran a marathon, although he did run a bunch of road races around here this past year. He went to a university in VA to be an asst. coach and to start training full-time again. He was working full-time until last June. Palazola is done with college and not running, at least not the last time I saw him.

Does anyone know if Keith Kelly is still running under New Balance? Or is he running AND working for Reebok now? I found this short article on the New Balance web dated April of 2006...

"After a number of frustrating, injury plagues years, TNB's Keith Kelly returned to competition last weekend at the Stanford Invitational, running 28:44.33 for the 10,000m distance. Kelly's time bettered the European championship qualifying mark of 28.50.00."

Since he just raced a week ago in RI again, does anyone know if he's back in the New England racing circut or was it just a rare visit??
