Depends. Did it have beef, beans, cheese? Was it frozen, freshly made, or from taco bell? All these things are very important factors. No educated guess can be made on just the information that you gave us.

u shuld be approaching WR form for the 5k...you may want to work on your leg speed a little though. Based on your time that looks to be your only weakness.

It looks like you have a good deal of fastwitch muscles than slow looking at the information you provided. You might want to try and compete in the shorter distance events (800 and down). But Purdy point wise your burrito time converts to about a 15:23 5k, but thats also assuming the conditions are the same.
