i was at the gym today and a women did this thing on the treadmill which i've forgotten the name for the workout but its 5 miles and the instructor gives you alot of inclines. Anyway i asked if i could try it and he wants first to do 5 miles flat out on the treadmill to see what my standard is like. I can do 5k in 16:10 but am more speed person as i do 1500m in 4:15. Its not that good but i am still young and in only second season.
What should i aim for for the 5 mile bearing in mind its on treadmill? thanks
