that u can see ur times in changing elevation. for example if u run 18:06 at 5000 feet elevation what would ur time be at 50 feet elevation?
im asking this becuase last year after xc i ran a 18:10 on road and now run a 19:06. im defintally getting better becuase before i tried to put in a 50 mile week during the winter and got sore and this summmer did a 60 mile week no problem. my other times such as the mile,800 ect. have been improving during the spring as well. however this was in long island NY and here in denver there is 5,000 feet if not more elevation so i know it has to do something with the elevation and altitude changes (i have being noticing short of breath on runs sometimes as well)
so is there a caculator where u can see ur times in changing elevation?
