Sub 2:00. Not even cose, I broke 9:20 before I broke 2:00.

Definitely sub 2:00. Sub 2 is worth about a 9:40-9:45 3200.
All Depends on the person whether they are endurance or speed based.
You have to remember that the majority of people on letsrun are overwhelmingly going to come from an aerobic side of things. The people on here predominantly race 5k and up. They are not only aerobically developed, they possess aerobic systems far superior to their anaerobic and phospho-creatine systems. The 3200m is predominantly a high school event so I am going to assume you are a high schooler. In high school, where people are aerobically undeveloped. I would consider a 2:00 800m and a 10:00 3200m about equal. I broke 2:00 in high school but doubt I ever could have broken 10:00.
sub 2:00. I ran 4:27/9:32/2:06 (2:04 in an indoor relay!) 400m pr of :57 (:56 in an indoor relay!)

I agree with this. It just depends on the person. I know 800/1600 runners who can run 1:57 but can't touch sub 10. I on the other hand do not have much speed, and cannot break 2:05, but can break 10 like it's nothing.
ohio miler is right. 2:00 is quite superior overall, but in HS you will see guys occasionally run sub-2:00 with minimal training, just off of innate speed. You will not see kids doing this with a sub-10:00, unless maybe they are East African.
Totally depends on the person. Sub-10 is very easy for me to do, but in multiple attempts I can't go under 2:06.
In HS, however, I would have found sub-10 more impressive.
I agree.
I consider one of my best PBs my 2:06.1 880. I have run 2 miles in 9:25 several times.
I never had a problem running sub 2 in the 800.
It was more of a drain to run sub 10 for me.
But I am more of a speed/endurance guy.
well based on results from my county more guys ahve broke 2 than 10
You can't be the Wilbur that I trained with for 9 years in the 1960s and 70s since you only have a small one person plane but not a computer.
How many of them could break 2:36 for a marathon? Of course, if they are under 25 years old, they should not be running marathons yet!
Try running a 67 second 400m in flip flops and drunk. Any one ever do that? I witnessed it recently and was quite impressed.

dont be so ridiculous flip flops should only be used in beach races - 67! did he have a slash halfway aound?
In my county, more runners break 10:00 than break 2:00. A few of the ones who break 10:00 break it significantly. Few of the sub2 runners run much faster than 1:58. We had a 1:51 and a 1:53 on the same relay two years ago, but we've had a number of 9:25-9:35 types so my 9:55 was slow.
I agree that high schoolers are aerobically underdeveloped, making a sub10 more difficult than otherwise, but a sub2 time in the 800 is a more impressive feat irrespective of age.
Slash halfway around? What do you mean? Did he cut corners? If that is what you mean, no. His 200m split was 31 and he hung on. These were traditional flip-flops and he kept them on the whole way.

slash = urinate - perhaps surreptitiously in the water jump. Must have been difficult staying in your lane when your drunk.
