i think they run about 4:40 pace.
I think they run really small. I'm a 9.5 in most trainers and the Nike Zoom Distance spikes and I came across a 9.5 in the Kennedy XC's and they were way too small. I probably would've needed a 10.5.
i wear 8.5 in my elites and kennedy XC's, but the spikes are pretty tight
i wear 10.5 in asics and I neede 11.5 in kennedy cross spikes
go to dyestat.com and find the forums. once there, go to the spikes section and search for the Master Sizing and Fitting thread. that should answer most questions.
Thanks for the info guys!
Usual rule is the Kenn XC size is one half-size up from your track Kenn size. Looks as though some people go up a full size.

Same here. Go up a size.
I disagree. I think that the Track Kennedy runs a bit smaller than Kennedy XC. I can use a 13 for both, although a 13.5 (if they even made those) would be a better fit for my Track Kennedy.
