You could run all out for two laps, or possibly 3 3/4 laps.
1. From the regular starting line, run 4 x (2 x curve, straightaway), no recovery, 100% effort.
2. Similar to #1, except, begin effort at the top of a straightaway, run straightaway, then 7 x (2 x curve, straightaway), no recovery, 100% effort.
