Can you guys help design me a program or suggest things that would help me get to a 2:00 or sub 2:00 800m. I've never trained for the event, but I'd like to try it out. I consider myself to be fairly speedy. I can run a high 11second 100m off of xc training alone, and my long run for the last couple weeks have been at least 1hr 45min long. So, I guess I'm working on my aerobic development now and then post season, I'll start working on my 800m.
