Thanks! Great work!
Mens 1500m: Kipchirchir, Komen, Korir, or Lagat can win. The time will probably be 3:28 to 3:30. Where is Rashid Ramzi? He is not running here or in Monaco. My anger is rising as a result of this. Also, where is Ivan Heshko? He is running in Monaco two days later. By the way, Daniel Kipchirchir Komen is doing the 800m in Malmo four days later!
Mens 5000m: I predict Kenenisa Bekele to win, he is going after his world record I believe. If he does that I don't think anybody can stay close. Watch out for Eliud Kipchoge or Isaac Songok for second. Tariku Bekele and Abraham Feleke are not running because they are running in the World Junior Champs 5000m.
What is Rashid Ramzi doing around this time? Is he entered in the Zurich 800m? I didn't see him in the Monaco 800m startlists. I think he will generally be the best 1500m guy this year. Alex Kipchirchir and Ivan Heshko could win sometimes but not as much as the top 3 guys. Bernard Lagat and Daniel Kipchirchir Komen can win in a fast pace but a slower pace makes it less likely for them to win and they maybe get 4th in a race of 3:34 time. Rashid Ramzi I have confidence that he can win in a fast or a slow race often. I don't think any of these five will be dominant. Watch out for Shadrack Korir, I want to see what he does.
Think Saif Saaeed Shaheen can get the world record in the 3k sc here? Maybe, if the weather and rabbiting is right. Too bad he missed the first section of the season. He's only run two races...
Athens 3000m sc 7:56 or 7:57, 1st
Rome 5000m 12:52 2nd behind K. Bekele
That's all this season, dang! He'll do Zurich 3k sc and Brussels 3k sc and World Athletics Final 3k sc I heard. I also heard that he will run the 3k sc at some Asian Champs type thing, not sure. That is what was stated a long time ago, it might have changed. I want to see this guy in a 3k this season! What are your thoughts on this?
Who will win the 800m? Who will win the Womens 5000m?
