superman in a cage match against wolverine. who wins?
superman in a cage match against wolverine. who wins?
umm superman
does wolverine have kyrptonite on him (sorry about spelling)
if not them superman
That would be fun to watch, since Superman would beat the crap out of wolverine while wolverine kept regenerating. It would be a pretty long fight.
Dude...think if wolverine had kryptonite claws. He would really f up superman
Y can't superman just run up real quick and step his neck. If your going to make an idiotic thread like this and least make it more debatable. Superman v. Superwomen.
See look how easy that was. Imagine what people will say on that.
Here's how the fight goes down. Superman and Wolverine are on opposite corners of the ring. The bell rings and by the time the singular note has died, Superman has already flown over to Wolverine, ripped his arms off his body, bisected his torso clean down the middle, and decapitated Wolverine with his bare hands. There is no regenerating from that.
Realistically, Superman would not kill Wolferine. He would subdue and beat but not kill. With super strength it would not be much of a fight. Batman might even be able to give Wolverine a bit of a battle if he was prepared for it.

Depend's which wolverine we're talking about. If he still has his adamantium bones, it would not be that easy because adamantium is indestructable. I take that to mean that even superman couldn't break wolverine's bones. He would need magneto to rip the metal out first. Therefore, the best he could do is rip off all of wolverine's skin and flesh. Would wolverine be able to regenerate from that? I guess that is the question. Either way, Wolverine could never win without kryptonite.
Here's a better question: Wolverine vs. Spiderman or just about any Marvel superhero.
Yeah, Superman without a doubt. I mean, he's only the most ridiculously overpowered super hero of all time. It's like his creators just said, lets give him every freaking power out there, and make his only weakness some strange and extremely rare substance.
Superman would be able to use his heat vision to heat of the adamantium in Wolverine's bones, destroying him.
There are a ridiculous number of ways that Superman would win this fight. The same goes for just about any other superhero you can think of. Superman is just too powerful.
in one issue of x-men wolverine was actually stripped of his flesh and stryker melted the adamantium back down but WOLVERINE GREW BACK. i say that superman's suceptibility to kryptonite goes as 1/(r^2), so there is some residual effect of the kryptonite somewhere in the universe. i really think wolverine could kick ol' supes to the curb.
Mighty Mouse takes 'em both
assuming that wolverine was able to get a clean hit on superman with his claws (which he can't cuz superman can move much quicker), could he even hurt superman? i thought superman was also indestructable?
As for super man ripping off wolverines arms I see it very possible, because only his bones are indestrucatble... the connective tissue at the joints is still human. So if you argue that superman can stop a falling plane, stop bullets etc. he can easily disconnect a human joint. I am a huge wolverine fan, but in all actuallity he is out classed in a cage match. I do feel that an open world fight he is keen enough to find some kryptonite and then it is only a matter of time. Even then superman is superior, but that is a more debatable concept. I used to think to think superman was a glorified pussy, but after seeing the new moving they were able to emphasize is true powers. Like his sheer speed, and also the strength required to actually stop a falling plane.
I wonder if Superman has to do any training to maintain/increase his super abilities. If so, I also wonder what how flying miles convert to running miles.
"When you cage the beast, the beast gets angry."
besides I don't think either could be contained by a cage.
