I'm an 800m runner who'd be interested in hearing what other 800m runners use as some of their key workouts during the summer and winter months. I ran 1.51 last season and am really keen to try and make a sub 1.50. I used to be a 400m runner but stepped up as I was a 48.2, 47.0 relay split guy. I'm attempting 1500's this coming season so I'd been keen to hear some idea's on training for these two events whilst keeping my sub 50 quater speed. Thanks guys.
