Would the Brooks Burn fit a narrow foot well? If not, other suggestions for the narrow foot? Thanks.

Most Brooks shoes come in different widths. I don't know about the Burn specifically, but I know most others do. In my experience, Brooks often have a wider toe box than other brands. I have wide flat feet, and have always been a Brooks fan. Best thing to do is go to a GOOD running store and give them a try. If the salesperson is knowledeable they'll help you a ton.
I agree with the toebox comment. Also, the new Burn is significantly different that its predecessors. Besides having a much better (i.e. less ugly) look, it has a lighter feel and less traction than previous versions.
Would these shoes be good to wear with custom orthotics.
The burn does fit a narrow foot and orthotics well in my experience. I have been wearing them, and as a loyal mizuno wearer with orthotics I have had no fit issues at all. One negative about them that I have noticed is they wear down fairly quickly and the supination pod tends to be annoying when running on a slanted side of the road. That being said everyone's feet are different, so I would at least try it on first.
The burns will work fine with a custom insert but you definitely want to get fitted at a running specialty store to make sure of sizig with the changes they did to them.
The burn is narrower than most brooks shoes and is extremely neutral. Brooks shoes do typically fit orthodics very well, but i would try yours in the shoe before buying
Does anyone use both the Cascadia and Burn? Although I have very narrow feet, I've had pretty good luck with the fit of the Cascadia, using an after-market insole to take up some of the volume.
