sub 13:10 sounds pretty reasonable...i'd be surprised if he didn't at least go under 13:20

I recently trained with Matt here in SOCAL. His 1000's were amazing, I couldn't keep up with the guy. 13:09

13:17 a good solid time, unless you have some secret news from his workouts that point him to breaking 13minutes if its a cool evening.

If the leaders are on 12:55 or better pace, he'll run 13:20s in no man's land. If the pace is 13 flat or slower, he might stay in close enough contact to crap out a 13:12.

I predict he goes out and 13:05 pace through 3K, then dies and ends up running 13:35
