hi i am 16 so the time is not brilliant but i ran 800m in 2:15 on my (grass/200m) school track a couple weeks ago and a week later i did 2:11 on a proper track.
Today at my school i did 2(2x400) with 1 min rest between and 6 mins betweens sets. All 4 were done in 1:05, which if its a good 800m session then it would mean i could do 2:10 on my school track.
Considering i made a 4 sec improvment from school to proper track a couple weeks ago, do you think i can realisticly go for 2:06?
