Biggest Pile of garbage I have personally witnessed. It isnt even accurate, sure it can approximate like the nike pod thing a while ago, but no where is it worth any money.
The i-Pod itself is a POS that breaks easiliy. The battery dies after a few months of re-charges. Sure, the i-Pod is all the rave, but there are so many copycat product out there I'd look into something else. If you still insist on getting the i-Pod, buy the extra warranty, or sell it on eBay before the warranty expires.
I don't buy Nike junk. I'm against slavery.
The Moire+ are great as a running shoe on their own. They are nice and light and fit really well. They do not seem to have much support but work really well when running in them. As for them working with the ipod I would stick with a GPS system as the ipod system is not very accurate, even with calibrating the system on a 400m track.
It great, it almost perfectly right and on the button with the distance. Also, you dont needed the shoes, you can but in in your laces on any shoes, but if you have a nano, which is great for running also, I would get the Nike+, it only $30 and works great
I love it. Of course it would not be accurate if you do not calibrate it. My first run with it was a 3 mile run to the university track, which the sensor measured as 2.75 miles. After I ran a quarter on the track to calibrate it, I ran back to my apartment. The sensor measured it as 3.02 miles. Pretty fricken accurate in my book.
Also, I do refuse to wear nike running shoes, as I tend to get injured running in them. I just placed the sensor in my key pocket on my Asics Gel DS's. Tonight I am going to sew some velcro to the tongue of the shoes so I can velcro it to the shoe.
Also it is just $25. I dont mind that much on money on something that can help give me an approximate measurement for some of the trails I run on.
