You guys are looking at this all wrong. It's about frame of reference -- but not with respect to the Earth -- with respect to the absolute center of the universe! It has to do with dark matter and where it is flowing in relation to your position against the center of the universe. I mean, it's totally obvious that, due to the laws of Entropy (S), dark matter is also moving away from the center of the universe. Therefore, when you are running with your back to the center of the universe, you are running with dark matter to your back. And since dark matter accounts for 90% of the energy in the universe...that's a major aid to you for those few moments.
Unfortunately, however, we cannot run fast enough to have our back to the exact center of the universe but for one moment a day, tops.
