I am in semi fit shape, still a way off my PRs but fitter than last year (from scratch). I have a race on Sunday 11:00 over 10km, and last night I did a 25min run at about 84% HR all the way, peaking at 90% up the one hill. My legs are slightly stiff today but not too bad. Is 36 hrs enough time to recover before Sunday? Should I skip my very easy 30 min (73%) run tonight?
