Anybody running in these yet? Whats the sizing like compared to the Nike marathoner? Any thoughts would be most appreciated.

bum-p
They seem to run a half size bigger than usual Adidas shoes, not sure about Nike fit.
Are the Adizero the same as the Adizero 2??? If it's the same shoe, the Adizero are very cheap right now.
By the way, they fit great and feel very comfortable. I did an 18 miler with them right out of the box.
We have 2 adiZero products hitting the US currently.
adiZero RC 2
adiZero LT 2
The adiZero RC comes in about 6.5 ounces, and is primarily designed for shorter race stuff. The adizero LT is about 7.0 ounces, and is more substantial for longer races.
If you like low profile, light weight, jammin' flats, I would suggest checking them out.....
Cheers
Mike
Mr. McManus: Could you tell us the midsole heights or at least the heel-to-toe drop in millimeters? I train in the Nike Katana Racer, and I was considering the Adizero RC 2 as a second shoe. Thanks.
What makes the LT 2 more durable at only .5oz heavier? I used to train in a 7.8oz shoe and was able to feel comfortable for around 300 miles. Would I be better off with the LT over the RC?
The heel to toe measurements would be great to know.
Thank You!!!

Where are they cheap right now?
adiZero is a range of products, not a singular shoe. The RC and LT are two models within that range that happen to be at a lower price than some of the products initially launched in Japan.
How do they compare to the AdiStar Comp?

Dick Pond in the Chicagoland area.
Where are you???? Can you please answer the heel to toe ration/heel hight question?
I have a brand new pair size 9, they just didnt fit perfect and I only tried them on carpet.
I will do 50 and that includes shipping.
You told me you wore them on your date saturday night but your g/f made fun of you, THATS why you your getting rid of them.
holabirdsports.com has them for $59.95
I realize these are new, so few people have actually tried them, but maybe someone in the biz can answer...
How does the Adizero LT compare to the Adistar Comp?
And while we're at it, why is the Adistar being killled off already? I think it's a great shoe and I see tons of them at races, but I guess they aren't selling quite enough.
The LT has a sharper heel to toe drop and a different fit than the adiStar Comp and a cheaper price, although relatively similar in profile. The adiStar is not being dropped, the adiZero is being added as it is a extremely good addition to the range of racing shoes. There will be a new adiStar Comp in the Spring of 2007. Still working on the midsole heights, etc. as the adiZero guru is currently traveling.
Is the LT really a racing flat?
It's listed as a light weight trainer, but it's only 7oz. In Japan that is probably a trainer, in the US it's more of a racing flat.
Exactly.
