The Coos has quite a bit less stability than the Adrenaline, but it still has some. Have you ever been fit for shoes before? (In my professional opinion) If you haven't been fit, I'd go to your local running shoe store and have them fit you. Then you'll know if you overpronate a lot and the Adrenaline is good for you, or maybe just a little and the Coos would be a better option. (In my personal opinion) If you haven't been prone to injuries, you'll probably be fine with the switch. If you were going to switch from the Adrenaline to a motion control shoe then I would warn against it, but taking a step down in the stability of a shoe probably won't be problematic.
