I was watching the video clips on the pose website, and today I practiced the "first step on running" a few times. It felt great, and really got me in a good rhythm ... but there is a problem ... I specialize in 800/1500 ... so, is there a pose method that one can effectively and legally use in competition.
Also, I watched the video with Dr. Romanov testing the five finger shoes. I have tried them, and they work great, but with a slight adjustment. Dr. Romanov tightened the string on the back for a better fit ... but to really make them comfortable, loosen the string completely, but tie some strong, thin, stretchy material around the medial part of your foot after you put them on (I used a pair of black nylon socks). That might solve the little problems Dr. Romanov encountered.
