anyone here drink before medium or easy runs? I am posting this seriously, and i don't mean like get hammered and then go run (though anyone who's run home drunk from at night will know that temptation - " man, i feel great, i bet i could pb right now!"). but seriously, i've occasionally had a beer or 2 before running like 4 or 5 miles at a slightly quicker than normal pace, and it usually helps more than hurts, at least in the my percieved abilities. I also find recovery quicker sometimes.
