Mizuno Wave Inspire 2

it's a really solid shoe, if you need the stability. the stability mid-plate is kind of solid; if you're a heel striker they're great shoes. they f***ed my IT Band up, but that was because I didn't need all the stability. but they're lighter and more snug fitting than the inspire 1's. like i said, if you need the stability, they, like most mizuno shoes, are great.

im looking for a shoe with moderate stability but know nothing about stability shoes since I always wore neutral shoes. i weigh 150 pounds. would this shoes fit the bill?

you might actually be better off trying the elixir's(same stability feature, less pronounced than the inspire's) a lot lighter. the inspire's are light, but if you've always worn a neutral shoe, why fix what isn't broken. the elixir's however, great shoe, some stability, not too much(the inspire's had too much, and i ended up switching to the wave rider).
