What constitues a warmup jog / cooldown jog for you?
What is too long / too short?
Please include your age, the race distance or race pace of the workout, the temperature considerations, are you an experienced runner or newbie or something inbetween, and any other considerations that amplify why you do X km / mins.

(PS: I generally like 20min warmup jogs, 10min cooldown jogs, I'm 44, mostly anaerobic capacity sessions, middle distance races in moderate temps, experienced runner.)
