Hello I just started taking creatine this is probably like the third week on it and I feel amazing I just feel like I don't run out of gas on runs. I'm in the base building phase of running just getting my mileage and I feel like I could just rip every run my legs are just never really tired. However I have concerns I was 149 when I got home from college and now I weigh 156 from creatine so I am getting a little worried. I can say I do feel bigger and I can say I don't like the feeling too much but I do feel great when running and what so its really hard to say what I should do. If anyone wants to talk about this privately I would love to just really want some peoples opinion and like more of college athletes opinion to be honest. I am training for my upcoming cross country season as well for college I will be running 8ks so.
