Over the last ~8 months, I have been doing NSM (10x1km, 5x2km, 3x3km). NSM has been very beneficial for me half marathon training, but I feel like my top-end speed is holding me back. I want to work on this a bit over the next 2-3 months with a view to racing some 5k and 10ks over the summer.
If anyone can suggest some good 5k/10k oriented workouts that will assist with top-end speed, it would be appreciated.
