Alot of distance runners tend to be a little weak in the uppper body. I do pushups, pullups, and vairous weight exercise to maintain some upper boddy fitness. I do'nt enjoy lifting so my routine is fiarly basic an to the point.. Anyway, I've got my pullups up to 10 good forward facing fully extended. After 10 I'm good for a couple of more sets of 6 or 7 then its all down hill. A buddy of mine can do 20 but he's always been good at pullups. Considering most Americans would have a hard time doing 1 or 2 I feel pretty good about my 10.... How many can you do ????
