CC Your High school 5k record

My PR: 16:32

when i was a freshman i ran a 13.40

when i was a senior i ran a 12.18

not sure our 5k, but our 3 mile record is 15:02. mine is 16:32.

school: 15:05

me: 16:09

Our school xc 5k record is 14:48, but we've had about 10 other guys run sub 15 in xc as well. The most recent was a 14:52.

hahaha thats a load of crap. what xc courses are those!!? in all honesty the coaches just walk around the course and would loosly estimate those distances.

Now the real question should be: What are your high school's track records? Who cares about CC times unless one is measuring themselves versus others from the past on the same course?

track records to my best knowledge are the following

800m: 1:50

1600m: 4:08 (which is soft b/c one guy split a 4:03 in the dmr but it was not converted)

3200m: 8:52 (2 guys have run 8:52 and then about 2 or 3 more have gone sub 9, and then their have been some guys that ran 9:00, 9:01 and 2 guys that ran 9:03)

Ours is just under 16 minutes.

No one was asking about your school records woodlands boy. They were asking for a 5k time. 15:03 here

not sure what the school record is but one time we had a sophmore run a 15:12, unfortunately he moved to another state, then again that course what fricking fast and didn't have a single bump
