He did argue quite vehemently that she was clean in Boston 2014, and got only DQ'd because of corrupt majors organizers and corrupt IAAF. He did however accept that she doped for Chicago 2014, so there is that.

Why do race organizers keep on inviting Kenyans to their races when it has been obvious for many years now that doping is basically systematic in Kenya? The race organizers should now been seen as largely responsible for perpetuating the problem.
Kenyan distance runners are free to compete in the Enhanced Games so banning them from the sport will not be depriving them of the ability to try and earn a living from running.
