Zero. hco3 is completely innocuous in levels utilized by Maurten, etc. I'd be more worried about drinking/eating from plastics, vaping, and eating the trash that is served as food in the usa.

Each of those things has been happening for at least 50 years in the US (swapping out vaping for cigarettes). We also had leaded gas and asbestos. Their risks are very well quantified by now, so no need to be worried, we know Americans are half plastic now.
