Arkansas is my pick but could end up off the podium. Everything has to go perfectly and that has eluded them the past couple years. No horizontal jumpers, diastance or multi'eventers seems weird. Im not sure why their 3:03 4x4 from Sat isnt on the list yet. Reina transferred to WA and that could be the nail in the coffin as it was last outdoor season.
Georgia will contend for both. USC women and men as well. Tennessee men???? K-State men??? Watch out for K State in upcoming years.
no podium for Langon in any event. Not wishful thinking. I think that there are at least 3 people likely better in the 5k/3k in a championship style race

From what I can see of rankings of qualifiers both UGA and IL W could score about 50 (maybe more for IL), BYU W 35-40, AR W ~30,

If Marco goes 5k/3k, he will be tough to beat in both. Especially the 3000, where I expect he will win. Samuel would be a slight favorite in the 5000.

Nova could go DMR, taking Langon out of the 5k.
Langon is all talk at this point. Remember what happen at outdoor NCAA’s last year
Arkansas has someone qualified in the 3K, 5K and DMR…not sure where the no distance runners comment comes from!
Those performances weren't on the list when I checked. Now the also have a tj within reach of some points as well. Arkansas usually arrives late to the indoor party so they aren't too wasted for nationals indoor and out. Qualifiers don't mean much, actual scoring does. They do have huge potential but the have to lay it down when it counts just like everyone else and I hope they do. Reina legacy did pan out last year and transferring certainly wont help thi time around. Just have to play the cards they have one event at a time. Run it like a final, or it will be your final! Also, I've seen their 3:03 get put up late and then removed again. What's going on with that? Ineligible runner?
Georgia women is their's to lose. Men's race looks a little tighter, advantage Arkansas for home field ;)
Anyone know what's up with defending NCAA champ Will Floyd in the 400m for Georgia? Looks like he's only run relays, and no open 400s, according to his TFRRS profile.

Very good post. Personally I think Illinois will take the womens side. They've been under the radar for a while but Kyprianou has been building a NASTY team, and he knows how to win titles.

Well, if he was injured he probably wouldn't be running at all (Gleaton hasn't run since the meet he pulled his hamstring at).
My guess is that he's in REALLY nasty shape and CSG wants to surprise people. She did that in 2024 with Christopher Morales-Williams. Didn't let him run much then had him go all out at SECs.
I'm not sure if he can even qualify to the meet without an open time though.
