McSweyn hasn't raced this year yet.
Last year he ran 3:53/7:43/13:16/27:58
Did this guy ever fully recover from his Covid vax booster-induced pericarditis? Dude is lucky to be alive running through that.

Swing and a miss.
Big add for ON after a rash of exits. McSweyn is good, we'll see if he can find the next level
Big fan. He was at the front pushing the pace at the beginning of the Ingebritsen era. Would love to see him competing at the top again.

Hard to say. He has gotten back to running well but has not returned to the form he had pre being jab injured
Huge down grade in terms of product.

Huge upgrade in coach though.
Is Mottram an actual upgrade in terms of coach?
I've heard Mottram's sessions are just repackaged MTC sessions. Mottram will definitely provide better mentorship, and I hope Stewy will receive less shady financial management and dodgy contracts now that he's not with Nic but I'm not sure if the training is that much different.

Mottram is a clear downgrade in terms of coach. He's had access to far more talent than Nic, and has churned out worse results. That said, Mottram will get Stewy training consistently and training harder than he has the last few years. It might be just what Stewy needs.
I think "QC" every single time I see that logo. I can't be the only one.
half of the board is complaining that Bideau is running AA and with his Nike influence Bideau should get better talents.
I think it's a good move for both McSweyn and Mottram's OAC. The first getting some change and the latter tons of experience in the group.
Good for Stewy, I wish him well.
This is to OAC Oceania right? Stewie and Sam Tanner are both headed there. That seems like a big step forward for OAC down under. Their ranks were mostly emerging talent, but this gives them some Diamond League regulars, even if they're not currently in the discussion for world medals.
Covid jab ruined his career.

Instead of 8 by 1km it’s 1km by 8.
This is interesting to hear because it has appeared that ON has signed so many new runners rather than dropping them. Who has left ON?
