This is bad for LRC! Site traffic will suffer because there won't be a dozen threads worth of Eugene hate during the event. I hope for the sake of your revenues that at least some of the clicks can be replaced with whining about heat, humidity, NYC hotel prices, and the aroma of urine.

New York is easier to get to than Tallahassee or Akron for people not in the East Coast, so that's a big win.

Way superior to Eugene, too. If I'm going to pay through the nose for travel to USAs, I'd far rather have it with access to NYC amenities than college town bar fare.

What are you talking about??? I've gone to Icahn 2-3 times a year for the last 10 years. Never seen a homeless camp and I remember wind being an issue just once.

Should be at Kiwi Farms if this site has any influence.

It will be hot and humid and there is always a wind factor on the backstretch of the track. No its not fast. And a b !tch to get to from the city.

Sprinters love hot humid air. It was brutally hot and humid in Budapest at Worlds in 2023. Athletes still performed.
