Odd insofar as the product is an unqualified downgrade from Nike. It’s leaving seconds on the table.
I think that's a bit of a dated perspective. There doesn't seem to be a noticeable difference between the super spikes now. I know Hoka is still waiting for a medal on the track, but they also don't have any of the very top talent yet. You certainly see good results from Hoka athletes, notably, Luis Grijalva's sub-13 performances.

The Norwegian kid isn’t bad either, though he hasn’t been quite as impressive as of recent.
exactly. sign successful athletes and you get good results. shoes are not rocket science. no company has THE super shoe which would make an average runner world class.
