Cam Myers just solo'd a 13:32 in his last race as a teenager at the Albie Thomas Mile. Mind you, it was 30c/86f during the race.

His 14 year old sister Daisy also ran a mighty impressive 2:13.47 for the win in the 800m which was a 6 second PB.

I guess it’s confirmed that Jakob is the better talent and Ruthe just isn’t up to standard.

Sorry Sir . Thought that was obvious . Just to clarify for anybody who watched the race Sam Tanner blasted home in about 25ish last 200 (that's Beamish speed ) not Sam Ruthe who was 29ish . I Could see how you'd be confused because older Sam (big) is a lot smaller than younger Sam (little) .

What is Japanese age group records? Thought they had a 13:40 16 year old

Japan- 5000m 13:31 -17 13:22 -18

Maybe that yohanes kid can go 13:40 as a Junior next Summer.
