I took the USATF Level 1 course with Amy in Spring 2021. It was offered on Zoom during the Covid lock down. It was cool seeing a World bronze medalist/Olympian in one of the "Brady Bunch" boxes on my screen.

Most people I know who engage in this that don’t run look amazing and have high energy. Really successful in business and their sales teams.

Sounds unorthodox for runners, but that makes their athletes have that edge is by their coaches thinking outside the box.

What’s normal isn’t always the best option. The school food pyramid is a scam anyways.

I passed a big group of of team that I definitely saw Alex Maier and Gracie Morris in on the ATT the other day.

I sheepishly apologized for running at 7:15 pace past them when they warming up at 8:30 pace, in true hobby jogger LR fashion.

Ben Thomas should get all of your awards. Before the year nobody thought Hocker would even bother to try making the US team in the 5000m.

Then once he won the USA Championships, people were saying he should give his spot to Teare.

Then Hocker goes on to HUMILIATE Grant Fisher and Nico Young and Mike Smith.

You should give Ben Thomas a lot more respect.
