Impressive to a degree- he has generational talents Birnbaum, Burns, big recruits like Fasthorse and Echohawk, and a foreign transfer or two against a bunch of weak teams.

If you look at the scoring, of the guys you mentioned, only Burns scored, and he was fifth. Fasthorse was well back, Echohawk was top seven but didn't score. Birnbaum didn't score.

I was a doubter with how low key they had been this year, very impressive. Also get some points for regionals.

Statistically speaking, 3:37 for 1500m and 13:37 for 5000m in Birmbaum and Burns in HS are generational talents. As less than 5 boys have ever achieved those times.

Statistically speaking, the Big 10 is weak compared to the ACC and Big 12 as none of the teams they beat are ranked in the top 12 nationally.

Off his win at Bill Dellinger I thought Balazs would be closer to Laadjel. But I expect big things from Balazs in the steeple (8:22 last year). Birnbaum and Burns are slower to come around. Maybe we'll see more from them at regionals. Mireles ran well at Dellinger, looks like he hit the wall here. Meier was a huge surprise here.

Beni Balazs (Sunset) and Jeffrey Rodgers (Sherwood) are also Oregon high school products..same year as Aiden Smith (Lincoln).

More impressed with Michigan State, not sure who had them beating Wisconsin.

Simeon needs to be mor patient and not always lose places late in the race, no reason he can't score for Oregon if Burns is. Fasthorse's first race in awhile, Oregon is also holding out Juan Gonzalez who could have been 5-7 for Oregon today.

Overall the B1G is pretty weak, I expect Oregon to go on a 7 year win streak and beyond

I think the other Badger question is why can't not have 12 runners like many of the other teams did. Are we really that limited now how many the team can have on the roster vs. other schools.
