Just a few months ago, working out on a stationary bike wouldn’t have been possible for Sarah Weimer. She struggled with the effects of long-haul COVID-19 for four years. Now she rode a bike as she prepared for the Marine Cor...
She got Covid in November of 2020, before there were any vaccines. Hard to blame that on the jab. But logic doesn't matter to you does it.
It was never about the vaccines for these morons, it’s always been political and tribal for them. It’s no coincidence that modern antivaxxers are overwhelmingly rabid right wingers
November 2020; vaccines were absolutely available.. it was considered a social boast to be getting them early as it meant you were an important B person who needed to get back to work and knew the right people.
Given that they were approved under the EUA in December, how could they have done that without people getting them earlier on (say November 2020…) as part of the clinical trials and approval process?
I had several friends in the industry (working for Medtronic, Roche and as pharmacists) who all got them before November.

What's your point Sparky?
BTW, one of the best treatments available for long covid is....drumroll....one of the mRNA covid vaccines.
Did society asking for people to consider the health of others by wearing masks break people so badly?
How many right wing whackos who screamed bloody murder about masks during a global pandemic have no problem wearing one now to obscure their identities while they snatch people from street corners?
Whoops Dan M looking as stupid as he did years ago.
…
I disagree. The previous MO: Frequently poring over obituaries, finding one of a person who died from cancer and who had been on record supporting vaccination. Then posting it here and adding a comment that he himself didn't get the jab but feels fine.
It would take a ton of work to keep looking like that. The current level is the, uh, “new and improved” one, as far as that goes.
I hope he continues to be healthy. I think a different hobby would be better for him, but that’s not my decision to make.

You accept the feel good story. I question it.
Castigating, shaming, ridiculing anybody who dares to question the establishment. Your M.O. remains the same.
You still refuse to acknowledge the unnecessary disruptions to society caused by your gang.

1. I don’t have a particular take on this “feel-good story.” I haven’t even clicked on it.
2. Why would you think that calling out specious reasoning and other flaws from one particular poster (or even a handful of them) is tantamount to “ridiculing anybody who dares to question the establishment”?
Oh, wait: I have a pretty good guess about why you would think that.
I was hesitant to get the vaccine at first, I hadn’t gotten sick at all a year into the pandemic and the people around me who had did not get it very bad at all. I finally caved and got it, and immediately after I got sick, and stayed sick. I eventually got better, but in the 4 years since then I have been sick more times, and for longer periods of time than I ever have been in my entire life.
