I would give it +250

Probably zero.
So even assuming he has been, he's now a world champion (indoor, but still a world champion), ran 1.42 flat, sub 3.30 (one of only 5 men in history to even do that) and is now an absolute lock in any race on the planet he wants to get into. And even though he doesn't need the money, is probably making 200 bills from adidas with all his performance rollovers in there.
So why would you risk any of that by cheating now - especially when the training he's done over the last 18 months isn't just evaporating into thin air.
Don't believe he was "cheating" before, and it would be idiotic for him to start now. So it's zero.

Start now ? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Unpopular opinion but I think Rinaldi runs a clean operation.
Sure, the athlete who needed half a dozen coaches before suddenly improving under one already tied to a doping scandal; who trains only with his brothers in a compound bankrolled by his father, the same brothers pulled from college to serve as training fodder; all framed by a PR push around mental health and self induced pressure to excuse past results and deflect future criticism. I think he's clean, but I also spend most of my time drooling and underlining every row of text in the phonebook.

Look at who coaches Wanyonyi and how many athletes he has under suspension (and under suspicion!) then get back to us.
Almost 0 unless they make bi-carb illegal.
USADA will either give him a warning or a short silent suspension like with Seidel/Valby/etc.
Walks like a duck, talks like a duck, looks like a duck.

It isn't zero for the reasons you say. Athletes take a calculated risk when they choose to dope. The risk of being caught is very slim. It could have helped his hard to believe improvements. So he could be doping. But he probably won't be caught. Unless he is careless.

He could be using illegal drugs. Most users in sports aren't caught.

That sounds like a lot of hoey!
You mean the guy who lost to a high schooler?
I think it is more likely he leaves his current coaching situation for "greener" pastures since he missed the team this year. Terrible idea IMO but look at his history. I think he's run his lifetime PRs this season.
Why do so many top American runners have names starting with 'Ho'?
Josh Hoey.
Cole Hocker.
Bryce Hoppel.
Hobbs Kessler.
Eric Holt

This was a good take!
