coming off a prolonged lay off from injury and plan a lengthy base phase.
I started very conservatively ~ 25 miles/wk and I fell great. Had been doing ~ 70 miles/wk prior to injury. How quickly can I ramp up my mileage. Have read increase every 3 wks (Daniels)..others no more than 10% jump per week. Also are people using recovery weeks ie drop in mileage by 1/3-1/2 every 6 wks or so?
