The way to cure sore legs is to...wait for it...REST! Shocking, I know.
Then run your hard days hard and your easy days easy. Really easy. Don't monitor your heart rate. Don't worry about what "zone" you're in. Just run easy. Easier than you think you should.
Is your goal to run faster in races or to impress people on Strava? If the latter, I suggest you delete your Strava account.
