18 year old male. Running 30 mpw. 160 6’0 and was 6’0 145 almost all of high school until a dietician told me to eat more. Pretty much all of the weight I gained was fat and I have a very narrow frame. During high school I was getting like 3500 calories a day and maintaining weight but my dick probably didn’t work as well as it should’ve. Now when I accidentally eat less than 4000 calories my body shuts down and my dick stops working and probably more importantly I stop being able to recover. Why does my body ask that I eat so many calories for my dick to be able to work and for me to be able to recover? Why does my body want me to gain so much weight?
